Wendy Larsen is our Mental Health Occupational Therapist.

Wendy uses a client-centered approach, partnering with you to develop personalized routines and coping mechanisms. From managing stress and anxiety to enhancing daily functioning, Wendy empowers you to navigate life's challenges, fostering emotional well-being and resilience.

She will focus on working with you to develop practical strategies to get you back to your meaningful activities.

Wendy has a special interest in working with women with ADHD.

Adult & Perinatal Counselling Therapy

Malorie Dobbin is a Licenced Counselling Therapist (c) and offers clients a genuine, supportive, and collaborative approach to explore emotions in a non-judgmental space. She meets clients where they are while validating and supporting them on their journey to empower and enhance self-compassion, resilience and self-awareness.

Malorie has additional training in perinatal mental health. Malorie is passionate about reaching mothers who are suffering in silence and provides a safe space to explore guilt, shame, anger, and grief.

Malorie can support clients who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Prenatal and Post-Partum Depression (PPD) & Anxiety (PPA)

Malorie uses an integrative approach tailored to the client's individualized needs, incorporating techniques and interventions from evidence-based practices including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Focused Therapy (AFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Melissa fosters a nurturing and empowering environment where clients feel supported, validated, and empowered to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions.

With an understanding of the complexities of the human experience and a genuine passion for helping others, Melissa brings a wealth of expertise, with advanced training in:

  • Couples therapy

  • ADHD management

  • Anxiety and Anxiety related disorders

  • Trauma and complex trauma including PTSD and cPTSD

  • A special interest in women’s mental health

Melissa draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Flash Technique, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Attachment Theory, and Gottman Methods.

Child And Youth Counselling

Malorie Dobbin is our licensed Counselling Therapist (c) and she focuses her practice on working with children, teens and their families. She will work with you and your child or youth to develop the tools and skills they need to succeed.

Malorie has been in the education system for the past 12 years and will be offering counselling to support children ages 6-18. She can help you with:
