Strong to the Core Post Partum Exercise Classes

Join our "Strong to the Core" exercise classes, running 5-6 times per year. These six-week sessions, held once a week, start with gentle core activation exercises and progressively become more challenging. Each class also includes educational sessions led by our expert professionals—dietitians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists—covering topics like nutrition, infant development, mental health, intimacy, and more.

These classes can be covered by your private health insurance benefits but require an initial assessment with one of our pelvic health PTs.

Yoga Classes

Join our diverse yoga classes, offered throughout the year by Darlene Mapp. We provide gentle yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga tailored for specific populations such as those experiencing pelvic pain.

Darlene also offers individual therapeutic yoga sessions, which focus on personalized yoga practices to address specific health needs. Additionally, we have "yoggassage," a unique combination of yoga and massage therapy covered by massage therapy benefits, designed to enhance relaxation and alleviate muscle tension.

Starting Solids and Baby Led Weaning Classes

Join our informative sessions on ‘Starting Solids’ and ‘Baby-led Weaning’, led by our registered dietitian, Sarah O'Hara. These classes offer expert guidance on introducing solid foods to your baby, focusing on safe and healthy practices. Learn the benefits and techniques of baby-led weaning, which encourages self-feeding and exploration.

Sarah also provides personalized advice and support to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your baby
